Submit Your 2019 Critical Event

Make sure your event gets into the Field Guide and online.

We’re so excited to see what you will share with us at Critical this year!

Just like the WhatWhereWhen on Playa, the Critical Field Guide provides participants with a schedule of all the activities our community has planned for the week. It will be available online (with plenty of awesome new features this year), as well as distributed by Ambassadors once you reach the Lost Cities.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind.

  • Have a plan for LNT.  Event participants should hopefully clean up after themselves, but ultimately the event host is responsible for ensuring the space is left as nice as it was when you arrived.
  • Any activities scheduled in the Red Light District should be rated R or X.
  • No Glitter.  No exceptions.
  • Anything submitted after 6/1 will not be in the print version.

Enter your event details now:

This form is still very new and we’ve got some tips to make it easier:

  • Images will be online-only.
  • Make sure to select days and times- it will default to the day of entry and submit without them if you do not!
  • Your event won’t be online right away- don’t panic or resubmit!  Everything goes into a draft mode until approved by our team.
  • It is your responsibility to arrange the space for your event before submitting it; this form does not book locations for you.
    • If you need assistance finding a place to hold a class or workshop please contact workshops@criticalnw.org to be connected with camps that have offered to share space.
    • If you have a theme camp and are willing to host workshops or classes in your space please contact workshops@criticalnw.org to let them know!

A reminder: Critical runs from July 8th to July 14.
